1. Description of Services
commesim.com provides prepaid global eSIM (embedded SIM) profiles intended for cellular data connectivity solutions ("Services"). These Services are provisioned through various international telecommunication network partners. The profiles provide data connectivity only; they do not include a standard local phone number for voice calls or SMS unless explicitly stated in the specific product description.
2. Eligibility and Device Compatibility
Device Compatibility: It is the Customer's sole responsibility to ensure that their mobile device is eSIM-compatible and carrier-unlocked. By purchasing an eSIM from us, you acknowledge that you have verified your device compatibility. We maintain a non-exhaustive list of compatible devices on our website for guidance only.
Age Requirement: You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to purchase services from this website.
3. Registration and Account Security
To access certain features or complete purchases, you may be required to create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. You are entirely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for any activity that occurs under your account.
4. Purchase, Pricing, and Payments
